Confirm the recorded result
Wait for the transaction status and ask the merchant to confirm receipt. Keep the transaction ID, time, VND amount and final stablecoin debit until the purchase is complete.
If the status is pending, do not approve the bill again. Check transaction history first. Use a card or VND backup for a time-sensitive purchase and contact official BKJ support if the record and balance conflict.
