Quick answer

BKJ's 449924 virtual Visa fits an eligible user who wants to spend an existing BKJ wallet balance online without a separate transfer to the card. KAST Standard is a useful comparison for USDT held on Solana or Arbitrum, or for Apple Pay use. Start with residence eligibility, then compare the exact card's funding route and costs. Neither choice is a universal best card.

Compare the plans you would actually use

BKJ offers more than one card scheme. Itscard rulesidentify 449924 and 493875 as virtual Visa plans; 537100 is Mastercard. The six-digit identifiers below distinguish the published plans, not individual cardholders.

Residence decides whether BKJ is a candidate

BKJ requires a residential address in Taiwan (China), Australia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand or Singapore. You must also hold accepted identity documents and meet its verification conditions. An accepted passport from another country does not remove the residence requirement.

KAST directs applicants to itssignup country selectorfor current availability. International Visa acceptance describes where an issued card may be used, not who can obtain it.

Match the card to funds you already hold

For BKJ, USDT deposits use Tron TRC20 or Ethereum ERC20. The destination is the account's deposit address in the app, not the Visa card number. A user already holding funds on either supported network can compare the available BKJ plans without assuming another blockchain is needed.

KAST also accepts incoming USDT on Solana and Arbitrum. That matters if your funds are already there: a supported receiving network may avoid a separate network conversion. Receiving support does not imply the same withdrawal support. Match the token, network and address on both sides before sending; a wrong-network transfer can lose the funds.

Compare charges for your purchase pattern

KAST lists 0% top-up and USD card-spending fees. Non-USD purchases carry its published FX charge, with an additional USD0.10 for non-USD transactions below USD25. Those small-purchase charges matter if most of your card use is low-value local spending. Country, card program and the current app quote can affect the FX rate.

Within BKJ, 449924's direct-wallet design removes a separate card-funding step. The alternative 493875 Visa has a 1% top-up fee, a 0.3 U authorization fee for purchases below USD30 and a 2% refund fee in the current schedule. These 493875 charges do not become 449924 charges, and the card refund rule must not be applied to Scan to Pay refunds. Check creation costs and the other fees for the selected plan before ordering.

Choose the card for the payment you need

If you already use BKJ, qualify for 449924 and mainly need online Visa payments, its direct-wallet setup is a practical reason to keep it on your shortlist. If Apple Pay is essential, exclude 449924 for now:BKJ's wallet instructionsexpressly list that restriction. Compare KAST's eligible cards or confirm whether your offered BKJ 493875 can be added.

Review the exact plan in the app, including its charges, before moving a balance specifically for it. For the wallet-specific decision, see “Using BKJ or KAST with Apple Pay.” Stablecoins and provider-held balances carry loss and service-disruption risks; card transactions can also be declined.
