Quick answer
If Apple Pay is essential, exclude BKJ 449924: it is temporarily unsupported. Existing BKJ users can first confirm whether the 493875 Visa offered to their account is eligible. KAST provides Apple Wallet setup for eligible virtual Visa cards. In either case, complete wallet approval before relying on the card for an in-store purchase.
Choose a supported card before funding it
| Card | Apple Pay position | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| BKJ 449924 | Temporarily unsupported | Choose another plan if Apple Pay is required |
| BKJ 493875 | Visa plan covered by a general binding guide | Confirm this card's eligibility with BKJ |
| KAST virtual Visa | Setup available for eligible active cards | Complete card and wallet verification |
BKJ's card rulesandwallet instructionsexplicitly exclude 449924 from Apple Pay for now. A general binding guide does not guarantee every 493875 card will be approved.KAST's Apple Wallet guidealso makes card eligibility a condition.
For a qualifying BKJ customer, confirming an existing 493875 first may avoid opening and funding another account. If your available plan is 449924, its direct-wallet spending feature does not make it Apple Pay compatible.
Prepare the account and the device
Card eligibility comes first. BKJ's residence and identity requirements still apply, and KAST applicants must use thesupported-country selector. Approval for an account does not automatically approve the card for Apple Pay.
For a store checkout, prepare a compatible iPhone or Apple Watch.Apple's setup requirementsinclude current software, a supported card from a participating issuer, a signed-in Apple Account and device authentication. Apple Pay must also be available in your country or region. Use accurate cardholder details; the issuer can request additional verification.
Add the card and finish verification
For an eligible BKJ card, open Apple Wallet, choose Add Card and enter the card details using the manual option. Follow the terms and the SMS or email verification in BKJ's instructions. The process is complete only when the card has been approved for use in Wallet.
For KAST, use the Add to Apple Wallet button if it is available for your card, or follow the manual-entry instructions. Complete the requested verification. A missing button may reflect card eligibility, account status, region, outdated software or an additional check. Manually entering the same card does not bypass a restriction.
Resolve the right problem before retrying
A card that cannot be added needs a wallet-eligibility or verification check. A card already in Wallet but declined at checkout needs a transaction check. Keep the error message and identify which stage failed, so support can review the right issue.
Contact BKJ or KAST about card status and eligibility. If the provider confirms the card has no restriction, Apple Support can help with the device or Wallet problem. Share screenshots only through official support, with full card numbers, security codes and one-time passwords hidden.
After approval, try a modest purchase at a merchant accepting Apple Pay before depending on it for an important payment, and retain a backup. Apple Pay does not remove the card's spending, FX or other applicable charges. For residence, USDT networks and fee comparisons, see “BKJ and KAST Virtual Visa Cards Compared.”
